Due to the careful selection of origin the meat of our Wagyu, Angus, Hereford, Limousin as well as Ngyu, Charolais, Blanc d’Aquitaine and Veau d’Aveyrons reflects  the specific character of its “terroir”. We select “A”grade quality and special cuts from the classical South American beef countries as well as from the fantastic beef-terroirs of South Africa, Namibia, Southern France, Australia and the US.
