On the green highland-plains of the Blackfoot Valley of Montana VIVE Group’s STEMA selected Meyer Natural Angus is naturally raising and selecting with utmost care first class „real“ natural Angus gourmet-beef: no antibiotics, no hormones and no animal by-products. STEMA’s Meyer Natural Angus is the only national Certified Humane beef program in the US. Only beef which meets the highest demands may carry the Certified Humane label. STEMA believes that great tasting beef is a process that starts at birth and ends at the plate. Many quality-conscious and devoted people who do not only care about good-keeping the animals but also breeding, feeding and highly developed sanitary aspects are involved with all their heart-blood into the outstanding A-grade meat producing process. STEMA’s Meyer Natural Angus is only produced from special-selected breeds from strictly controlled 250 US family breeding-farms and ranches. After 12 to 16 months of natural protein-rich nourishing with forage and grains only our cattle has gained a weight of approximately 600 kg and the fattening has reached its peak. At this stage the succulent intramuscular fat share shows a fine marbeled structure in the aromatic and tender meat. Subsequently to slaughter the meat aging-process commences through natural phosphate decomposition and enzymatic lactic-acid production which cumulates in a succulent tenderness of our  Angus meat. As longer lasting the meat aging process as more aromatic and tender our meat appears. All our beef is aged for a minimum of 21 days before deliver.
