Fascinated by the endless interpretation of different „terroirs“ in wine growing regions all over the world, VIVE group’s „Wine Funnel“ found outstanding climate and soil conditions in South Eastern Australia, where the enologists share their vineyard experiences in three of Australia’s most important wine producing states : South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria. Mainly influenced by the interplay between the so called red soil „terra rossa“ and limestone the wines capture dense spicy flavours focusing on fruit driven characters- both for the white Semillon and Chardonnay as well as for the Shiraz. Wine Funnel’s Australian philosophy culminates in Copperstone Creek and reflects the modern grape growing heritage of Australia.
